Parking: At the moment we are hoping that you
are able to park in the Gardens car park so ask for the GARDENS
ENTRANCE when you get there and just explain you are
performing with Bromley Concert Band. However the organiser cannot
confirm that until during this week. So on the day, it
MAY BE POSSIBLE that you are asked to park in
the normal visitor car park. Assume at the moment it
is the Gardens car park and if I hear anything different I will
send out an email for Friday rehearsal.
Entry: You are able to take one guest
in free of charge.
Again explain on the gate that you are performing with Bromley
Concert Band and they will sort that out.
Entry
to Chartwell House: You are able to view Chartwell
house free of charge with your guest. If you wish to
do this, they have suggested that you arrive early and look round
before performing as the house closes at around 4pm. However if
you wish to do this you will need to park in the MAIN
VISITOR CAR PARK.
Other
information: We are being provided with a marquee to
perform under so there shouldn't be problems with the weather
affecting play!
